Hey everyone,
I’m really excited to share an incredible hiring experience we had at our company recently. So, imagine a regular morning, a warm cup of coffee in your hand, and a stack of resumes waiting for you to go through. And in that stack, there was one application that caught my eye, not because of a name, but because of what was in it.

This applicant decided not to reveal their name, which was a pretty bold move. I mean, why would they do that? It definitely got me curious. So, as we started the interview, I was instantly drawn in by their confidence and how well they spoke. It was like watching a superstar pitcher in a baseball game, ready to make an incredible strike. Their words were like their secret weapon, used with such precision.
But what really amazed me was their ability to explain their past experiences and skills. Each example they gave showcased their amazing problem-solving abilities and how they always thought outside the box. Seriously, their stories had me hanging on to every single word.

But that’s not all. What really blew me away was how much their personal values lined up with our company’s mission and values. They spoke so passionately about their beliefs and how they connected with what we’re trying to achieve here at Ergode. It was one of those moments where you just feel an instant connection, knowing that this person would be an incredible addition to our team.
This hiring experience reminded me of something really important. It’s not only about skills and experience, but also about finding people who share our values and vision. When everyone on the team believes in the same things, it creates an amazing work environment where everyone is working towards the same goal.
By the end of our conversation, it was clear as day that this person was a perfect fit for our team. Their name didn’t matter one bit. What mattered were their abilities, their passion, and their vision.
This experience left a lasting impression on me, reminding me how crucial it is to look past labels and biases that can cloud one’s judgment. When we do that, we open ourselves up to discovering truly remarkable talent.
So, my dear readers, next time you’re faced with a decision about someone, try to give them a chance to shine without getting caught up in just their name. You might just discover an incredible gem hiding beneath the surface.
Wishing you all unforgettable encounters in your own hiring journeys!
Yours,
Rupesh Sanghavi
