Knowledge is understanding the subject practically or theoretically which involves evidence, information and skills and most significant, the art of delivery. The purpose of Knowledge is to transfer learning from one person/team to another, either verbal of written form. Written form is more important because we can collate the knowledge for future references for someone facing the same challenges or to remember it permanently for business or personal requirement. Knowledge improves our skills and helps the brains function more smoothly and effectively. It gives us courage and confidence in problem-solving.
I am sharing some of the important aspect of knowledge and how it is useful for me to run a smooth business.
Training: Training is defined as a process of teaching and learning; it helps the members to use the skills and knowledge gained to perform for an organization. According to me an organization must have a well settled training team, with professional trainers, latest technology, training materials, proper plan of execution and assessment process. Some examples of the training programs are personality development, soft skill development training, process and service training, technical skill development training, quality training. These types of training help the candidate be more powerful and knowledgeable which helps the organization grow and perform consistently.

Associates Level: One of the most important part of the business is to gain knowledgeable associates. They are the one who face the business upfront, represents the organization and generates revenue. Their knowledge and positive attitude help to gain more sales and customer satisfaction. Do not miss a chance to help them improve their communication skills, presentation skills, problem solving skills, time management and power of team work.

Managers Level: A manager plays a very important role for business growth. The responsibility and expectations are always high for this role. As we all know an effective and knowledgeable manager have the ability to take better and faster decision, quicker in problem-solving, conflict resolution, integrity and flexibility. All these qualities can be developed over a period of time, by conducting/organizing training programs on regular intervals to keep them involve and motivated. This helps the organization and employees to perform and keep them engaged.

Human Resource: To achieve the above, all you need an active human resource team. To constantly think about development, employee engagement, strengthening/changing the culture, training and development program, recruitment, performance monitoring and rewards and recognition. A team who can take regular feedback from the employees of all levels and create a plan of action to dissolve the issues. Create opportunities to train employees at all level. Understand the requirement, situation and work accordingly towards it.
