Celebrating Woman Power at Workplace: Proud Women Ergodians!

“When women succeed, nations are more safe, more secure, and more prosperous.”

With so much of shift taking place in the societal structures of power, modern society has started recognizing the individual identity of women. Undoubtedly, women who were the most dormant segment of the population for all these centuries have now become active participants in all walks of life in the modern century. Once only considered an insignificant unit of the family organization, today, women play an instrumental role in influencing the course of social and economic change in society.

The shift of ideology is quite a visible scenario in the workplaces of the modern centuries as well. Within a rapidly evolving workplace defined by complexity, disruption and change, the most successful ones are those that add diverse perspectives and experiences to each situation and challenge that they come across. And when do perspectives really flow diversely? When diverse men and women from different walks of life come together on equal fronts and participate fully in the robust and sustainable growth of an organization.

The dynamics of today’s business environment has changed particularly because of women leaders playing an important role in the organization’s pace of climbing the success ladder. Therefore, companies that invest in women’s employment gain an important competitive advantage over others who just neglect the value of a strong woman workforce.

Shaking firm hands with this shifting thought, Ergode ensured that the organization that we were building does not lag in terms of opportunities for women and women’s leadership roles. And with this vision, we made it very clear that our women in Ergode will not only create impact by leading in managerial roles but will also assume personal responsibility for tackling issues concerning the organization. And this is how we had our own powerful woman workforce representing Ergode in every face in all the different verticals that we are spread across. We long accepted the fact that women leadership is the future of a sustainable, inclusive and resilient workplace and so we worked on it from the day we realized what impact a woman leader can actually create.

We, therefore, have our women’s presence in different departments and teams, in some places, heading the departments, while in a few, heading the teams. With a strong commitment to respecting their womanhood, we celebrate their presence in the form of various festivities and occasions to make them feel recognized. After all, the value that they add to us is ineffable.

However, this is a scenario for today, so what about tomorrow? So, organizations who aren’t moving fast enough to increase the number of talented women in positions within their organizations might face defeat at the hands of those who are progressively nurturing their women power as the essential component of their organization in the coming years. So, it’s time to pick up the pace and relentlessly recruit for the future of our organizations.
