Kind Hearts Can Win The World!

“Choosing kindness is just as easy as smiling.” – Jacob Tremblay

Since childhood, I was fascinated with people who believed in the virtue of kindness and were more of givers than takers. Having the role models – my parents – at my home and seeing them being so humble and welcoming towards every person that they met, made me think what will I grow up to be as a person? Will I be able to reflect the same traits of kindness and humility in my behavior towards others, like they do? The thoughts kept dwelling in my mind as I saw myself growing into a more ambitious and mature person who was running to achieve his dreams in a world moving so fast. Even in that constant race of struggles, the thought remained deep-rooted within me.

Achieving the milestone in my journey from being a no one to a self-made entrepreneur, I kept meeting people who changed my perspectives about life and personality.  It’s truly said, we get to learn from everyone around us, no matter how big or small. I found myself developing into a more kind and humble person. New values kept flowing in with every encounter that happened and everyone went contributing their share through their kindness.

And yes, in my entrepreneurial journey over all these years, this one thing – the virtue of kindness, something that I received from my parents – has helped me a lot to take so many people along with me. Strongly believing the fact that every individual’s life has a different story of their own struggles and battles, one should always carry a heart filled with compassion in the world to pay them enough respect. The simple thought of failing to understand the story of so many people who confide their unwavering trust in me did not allow me to lose my grounds ever. And in the toughest and the brightest days that we had seen together, we all remained kind to each other like one beautiful family knit in strings of love and respect. And that is what I believe makes the foundation of any organization strong – “the small virtue of kindness”.

“Constant kindness can accomplish much. As the sun makes ice melt, kindness causes misunderstanding, mistrust, and hostility to evaporate.”

– Albert Schweitzer

  1. Rupesh,
I like your thoughts and the way you conduct your business and your life. When you lead your business as you live your life and not being a different person you are sending a trustworthy, compassionate and powerfull message to all your stakeholders. Linkedin has been a good tool to keep enjoying how you communicate with your team (your family). It’s a pleasure and a privilege being your friend and colleague from our previous journeys. I continue enjoying being a full-time employee with the enterprenure soul and admiring what real soul and flesh enterprenuers like you are doing to grow your life, other people’s lives and your business. All the best señor Rupesh!!!!
