Employee engagement is one of the most important part of business these days. Lots of research says engaged employees plays a major role in business growth and helps the organization create a better work place. Engaged employees are considered to be an asset of the organization, as they are emotionally attached to the company, self-motivated, dedicated and passionate about their job. So, automatically it becomes the priority target to increase the number of engaged employees for the betterment of an organization. As a CEO I wanted to share some of my experience which has helped me so far.
Talent Acquisition – The most significant part of an organization is to acquire right talent to build a strong team. Once the team is built, it helps the organization to start moving. Slowly and steadily you manage to add some satisfied and happy employees by offering right job profile, work environment, management, work location, targets, performance, incentives etc. Employee satisfaction can be considered as level one to reach the goal, majority of your task is done if this is achieved, maintaining and increasing the level can be challenging but achievable, below are few factors which plays a major role to help it achieve.
Effective Communication – Effective communication is always a two-way process; it encourages self-discipline and emotional attachment. Honest, clear and humble communication helps build trust and the best way to make someone feel important and special, which results in team building and increases productivity. Most importantly decreases misunderstanding and helps you to move another step forward.

H R Communication – As we know human resource is a source to both the parties to communicate, it helps to bridge the gap and build strong relationship between employees and employer. Realistic goals, acknowledgement, rewards and recognition, feedback, training, equal opportunity and fair judgement always build trust and helps increase engaged employees. Close monitoring and regular feedback keep you on top of it and the chances of error reduces.

Learning – Confident and smartness comes with knowledge, personal development is an essential part of work life. Even a small session like personality development, soft skills, process training, refresher training inspires people to be energetic. Learning new thing always improves the quality of work, which benefit both the business and employees. Do not miss any opportunity to provide such options to engage your employees.

Technology – Is one of the most important aspect to motivate employees. Having best software or application decrease work load, gives opportunity to learn different tools, decreases work pressure, gives time to take other responsibility and explore talent. Technology supports to build stress free and happy work environment. Always keep the applications and technology up to date to save time and resources.
