Creating a vision for life in such turbulent times

Creating a vision for your life might seem like a tedious task. Trust me, it is not. Creating a compelling vision of the life you want is one of the most effective strategies for achieving the life that you always envisioned. Satisfaction and personal happiness are all within us. All you need to do is to plan for achieving those dreams.

At Ergode, we have always believed in achieving success in everything we do. Every year we set goals and channelize all our efforts in achieving the vision that we have envisioned for the organization. Let me tell you, the journey to become one of the leading e-tailers started with a vision to be an entrepreneur. Think of crafting the life’s vision as a guiding step to map out the road of success in your personal as well as professional life.

But creating a vision is not the game of a few days and night. It takes time, dedication, and own reflection. At Ergode, we make sure we cultivate vision and perspective for everything we do. The best vision blossoms from your dreams, hopes, and aspirations resonating with your ideas and values. But the question remains “How”?

The first thing which you need to do is ask yourself some thought-provoking questions helping you to discover what you want from life. You know what before I embraced this journey; I had millions of questions occupying my mind, such as whether I would be successful? Whether I would reach my goals? Whether I would be able to run an organization? A clear vision has helped me to achieve things that I always wanted to achieve thereby helping me to overcome my fear and insecurities.

I always make sure I allow myself to dream and imagine sometimes even those things which might seem unreal or unattainable at that time. And it’s completely fine. This would give you more power to dream for the future.  What you see may surprise you big time. Destiny is what we all seek, but the progress that we all go through is equally important. The journey of Ergode has had a fair share of setbacks and failures, but what kept me and the Ergodians going was our passion to achieve the vision and that is all that matters.

Consider the gap between where you stand right now and where you want to be. It may seem difficult right now, don’t hesitate to take initial steps. Don’t be surprised even when things don’t go the way you want. But sometimes not getting something is a wonderful stroke of luck.

As we all tend to change with time and so does our plans. The most important thing to do is to create a plan and process to make your vision a reality. And this is what I have been doing achieving success and trying to take Ergode to the next level with each step.

Helen Keller has rightly said, “The most pathetic person in the world is someone who has sight but no vision.”
