A Leader In The Making

Leaders Develop Leaders!

As a leader, you are expected to create future leaders. It’s imperative to hire the best resource and to develop that resource into a leader. I have had numerous interactions with my employees over the years. Some are natural leaders while others develop the skill set needed with practice and time. I think, once you have identified the leadership trait in any employee, then it should be developed and help to shape that employee into an effective leader.

At Ergode, we delegate the tasks/responsibilities/projects to the employees and they are given complete freedom to work on them. During the project, the employees are encouraged to have productive discussions with the seniors. This leads to the development of their interpersonal and leadership skills. The employee is given a free hand to drive the project. We are all about promoting a work culture that is not just about assigning tasks but about giving meaning to the work that the employees do here.

So, how can you classify potential leaders?

Not exactly like this. Here, we are talking about classifying them in a broader sense. Leaders lead with encouragement and have the ability to boost morale and encourage teamwork. I have worked with leaders and they always have an optimistic view. They are more focused on solutions rather than problems. Leaders look to continuously raise the bar and drive their teams. This leads to the delivery of high-quality products, services, and processes.

The world of Ergode is blessed with many associates who have the potential to become future leaders. They have taken calculated risks and that has led to rewarding results. We have always strived to create a cohesive environment at work, where our employees feel comfortable and they can be the best at everything that they do here.

On a closing note, I would like to mention that a true leader is one who after receiving setbacks, rises to the occasion and overcomes the hurdle. It gives me immense joy and pride as we continue with our culture of developing leaders at Ergode. Leaders who would perform today for a better tomorrow!
