“Online learning is not the next big thing, it is the now big thing.”
– Donna J. Abernathy
Everyone knows what a massive digital revolution the world is currently facing wherein technology is on the verge of devouring all the traditional means of education taking the entire population under itself. Today, the youngest of the kids display better skills at surfing a mobile phone or tablet than reading a book and this is how the massive transition has taken place.
The minutest of the information is, today, available online and the entire workplace machinery is run through technology and software and we have become nothing but the dummies displaying the art of digitalization in the world. In a world like this, driven too much by technology and science, digital education has become like oxygen to breathe in. It is gaining some serious traction in the world, especially in the kids and the workforce as this is now becoming the main ladder in climbing up in your career.

Always valuing and nurturing the interests and skills of the employees and helping them to keep pace with the fast moving world of advancement, we, as Ergode family, believed in educating our people to the best of their levels in terms of the evolving technology. This is where digital education came in the forefront and grabbed the attention. This was a known fact that nothing can empower people better as the scope of digital education was just booming every single day.
Thank God, we never had that stringent employer-employee relationship amongst us and the growth of one individual was seen as the growth of the entire family. The atmosphere was always filled with enthusiasm and new-generation learning environments and focus was always laid on offering access to digital knowledge and digital tools.

I always wondered, “What is an organization that flourishes all alone, without its employees displaying any personal growth?” This made me focus more and more on creating a futuristic opportunity for my people wherein today’s learning can aid them in their future career goals. This was the time when digital exposure was provided to the employees and they got an opportunity to explore further and enhance their skill-sets through the intervention of digital process.
Today, the organization runs on the agenda of empowering the employees through various processes and in-house activities that focus solely on digital skills and learning. Employees are introduced to different processes and exposed to different challenges that hone their knowledge and add new experiences in their career growth.

We wanted to become the right technology platform with digital tools and digital solutions to educate our people in HTML and coding, programs like Photoshop and InDesign, various social media and digital marketing tools and yes, we did it all. People who came from no technical backgrounds, today, experience a complete transformation happening within and this is what we always wanted – not just creating smart profits, but smart individuals with smart skill-sets.
Yes, it makes me feel extremely proud to be a part and parcel of this talented and digitally well-equipped workforce, growing each day towards perfection and achieving unattainable goals for self and the organization as a whole. True that, digital education is no more left as a choice, but has become a necessity in today’s world.
